RIM CONDITIONERS:
WHEEL SAVER Tire Coolant & Rim Conditioner
Delta First's Wheel Saver is a specially developed non-fiber green colored coolant with enhanced lubrication properties and rust inhibitors that provides the ultimate in tire dismounting and mounting and provides a perfect seat that will also:
Wheel Saver is designed for the giant tire OTR market where tires run under extreme heat (up to 200 degrees F) and extreme pressures (100 psi). Accelerated Weather Testing has been done multiple times by an independent testing lab at 100 psi and 212° F. Results of this testing prove that Wheel Saver will lower the operating temperature of an OTR tire by about 10-15° F (7-10° C) and prevent rust. Not only does Wheel Saver prevent rust, but it will actually remove rust. Further independent testing has proven that rust, especially rust flakes, will disappear from the rim with continued use of Wheel Saver. All of these features help tires and rims survive in an extreme operating environment.
Wheel Saver and Wheel Saver Plus are made with three rust inhibitors, including vapor phase rust inhibitors. Most rust inhibitors work by being in contact with the metal surface they are trying to protect. When equipment is not moving the liquid inside the tire is not in contact with the rim and not able to prevent rust. A "vapor phase rust inhibitor" means that the rust inhibitor actually releases molecules into the air vapor inside the tire, remains in contact with the metal in the tire, and prevents rust even when the tire is not moving. It is this type of engineering that makes Delta First Wheel Saver products superior to any other rim conditioner.
WHEEL SAVER PLUS Tire Coolant & Rim Conditioner
Wheel Saver Plus is a premium version of the Wheel Saver coolant. It's a blue liquid that contains all the same corrosion inhibitors as the standard Wheel Saver, but provides superior freeze protection and superb lubrication in extreme cold. The primary benefits of Wheel Saver Plus are:
Like Wheel Saver, the premium Wheel Saver Plus also contains three rust inhibitors to insure that rust never gets the chance to start, even in extreme conditions. Most rust inhibitors work by being in contact with the metal surface they are trying to protect.
